Outback+ is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.
What we collect
Identity (name, email, phone, address, DOB on prize claim), billing information (handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number), draw entry records, content engagement, support enquiries.
Why we collect it
To run your membership, process payments, run our draws (including legal record-keeping obligations under state trade-promotion regulations), notify winners, and send you communications you've opted into.
Direct marketing
Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe. You can opt out at any time without affecting your membership.
Access & correction
You can access or correct your personal information from your account page, or by contacting us.
Complaints
If you believe we've mishandled your personal information, contact us first. If unresolved, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
